Kat & Co are passionate about providing the very best care to our patients and we have been disappointed to hear some recent comments regarding the care received at BMI Priory Hospital.
We want all of our patients to receive the highest standard of care and attention throughout their journey with us and expect the hospitals we work with to uphold these values too. With this in mind and after listening to your concerns we have worked with the team at BMI Priory to make some changes for our patients during their time at the hospital.
This includes letting all of our patients stay on the same ward during their time at the hospital and be cared for by one core team, led by Donna, the Cosmetic Nurse Co-Ordinator.
We hope that the changes implemented will reiterate our commitment to provide the best care to all our patients and we are pleased to say that within the first week of introducing these changes we have already received positive feedback and are hopeful that this will continue.
