"Choosing to have a breast reduction was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. It turned out to be the easiest decision. I now realise I should have done it years ago. The whole procedure was only mildly uncomfortable and the results are fantastic. The scars are hardly visible. The only feedback I have received from peers has been positive. The success of my experience has to be attributed to Mrs C C Kat and Dr M H Arif and their excellent nursing staff. I conducted a lot of research on this procedure and on reflection this may have not been the right thing to do as all the fears and worries prompted by this research were never realised. All I had to do was trust Mrs Kat and I am very glad that I did."
