- After several tummy operations and two children all my efforts at the gym and careful diet did nothing for my tummy. Clothes didn't fit properly, I had no confidence in my appearance, hated looking in the mirror and didn't want to go on holiday. As a medical secretary I had heard a lot of positive feedback about Mrs Kat and from the first consultation I felt at ease and confident that I had made the right decision. After the operation I was in a lot pain, but this was well controlled.
The physiotherapy team at the hospital were amazing as were the nursing team and staff. I was home after three days and each day became easier and I was able to do a little bit more each day. Sneezing, coughing and laughing brought a tear to my eye for quite some time! I went back to work after two and a half weeks, back to the gym after six weeks ( easing back into it!) and now after just over two months I am completely back to normal and looking forward to my beach holiday and wearing all my new bikinis!
I feel like a new woman ( and look like one too!) and I would like to say 'thank you' from the bottom of my heart to Mrs Kat and her team for making my dreams come true. It's one of the hardest things I have gone through, but would do it again a hundred times over!
